Workout Help is an application that help you in your daily workout. It's specifically developed for gym's workouts. With this application you have a totaly free chronometer for your rests and clicking on a tab you can switch to the help for your workout: you can set your series, repetition and the speed of your "up/down" movement, and then start your workout! Workout Help will give you the time of the movement and she will take the count of your series and repetition.
